Chandresh & Twinkle

Twinkle Care was founded by Chandresh and Twinkle — a husband and wife team united by their genuine passion for supporting people with disability and older Australians to live independently.

Chandresh

Holds a Master of Accounting and is a qualified bookkeeper — bringing strong financial and business expertise to Twinkle Care, including specialised knowledge in NDIS plan management. Also a VicRoads certified driving instructor with 8+ years of experience.

Twinkle

Holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications and brings hands-on aged care experience. Leads Twinkle Driving School as its principal instructor, with 8+ years of experience and a 95% first-time pass rate.
